Updating Your Account Information

Keeping your account information up to date ensures that your profile, reports, and communications remain accurate and professional.

Accessing Account Settings
From your dashboard, click your name or profile icon in the top right corner, then select Account Settings.

What You Can Update

  • Name and Title – Make sure your personal and professional details are correct.

  • Email Address – Keep your email current to ensure you receive important notifications.

  • Phone Number – Update your contact number so clients can reach you.

  • Website – Keep your business website current for a professional presence.

  • Password – Change your password regularly for security.

  • Two-Factor Authentication – Turn two-factor authentication on or off for added account protection.

Saving Your Changes
After making updates, click Save to apply the changes immediately across the platform.

Tip: If you change your email address, you may be asked to revalidate your account to confirm ownership of the new email.
