Creating Your First Property Feature Sheet

The Property Feature Sheet is designed to showcase the key details, photos, and selling points of a specific property in a clear, professional, and branded layout. It combines your input with AI-generated enhancements to help you create an attractive, ready-to-use marketing sheet.

Steps to Create a Property Feature Sheet

  1. Provide Required & Optional Information

    • Neighbourhood Name – Mandatory

    • Address – Mandatory

    • Listing Link – Optional

  2. Click Create
    After entering the required details (and optional listing link), click Create. It will take about 5 seconds to generate your pre-filled template.

  3. Pre-filled Template
    Once created, you will see a pre-filled template. All you need to do is add the appropriate property pictures.

  4. Validate & Print
    When you click Print, you will be prompted to review and confirm that all information is correct. If you’re satisfied, you can print and share your sheet.

  5. Update Anytime
    You can return at any time to make updates to your Property Feature Sheet, including changing photos or details.

Tip: Select the pictures you want to use before starting. This will make the process even faster.
